‘π’ / Traditional Japanese scroll / 2023.
Unique.

Illustrated handscroll - emaki or emakimono (絵巻), has traditionally been a format that is particularly suited for a story telling. Like a book, a handscroll is an intimate object that is held in the hands and is ideally viewed by only a few people at a time.

Composed of washi and hanji sheets, paper  joined horizontally and rolled around a maple dowel.
This scroll contains elemensts of mokuhanga and intaglio prints + traditional Japanese marbling technique - suminagashi (墨流し).
Length ~3 meters.

‘TT’ / Washi and hanji collage / 2022.

‘TT’ was shown at:

Balance (B_) series study:

_. __..

Cosmos / space / night / planets / moon / constellations - force / transition / connectivity / balance / system. There’s a fragile beautiful balance on the line, dark and light that is constantly shifting and again repeating itself. We looked up at the sky and created our own maps in order to navigate our lives -  fond of the idea, we are a part of a bigger thing that we cannot control and need to step aside, just admire it.  Like any process takes time - it is a stream of consciousness which overwhelms you especially if used in minimal and abstract style. Symbolism and mythology intertwine and play.

Space / Cosmos.
Total darkness. Vacuum. Black and soft. Hypnotic. Light. Divine. Attractive and inviting. Strong.

‘Hunt’ series is a collection of 5 unique black and white mokuhanga & lino prints, printed on different beautiful washi paper.

Connected through abstract surroundings & geometry they speak to each other of tension.

Sphere symbolises many things, but here - - -
like the small rock in our throats, it lingers heavy.

Weight that is strongly felt, but yet unattainable.

It carries a purpose.

A part of Awagami International Miniature Print Exhibition 2021.

A careful naturalist will understand much from the voices of the animals she has studied long. Even a child knows the difference of a cat’s miauling and purr-ing. The faculty may be greatly developed.

A simple line may carry the meaning of a constellation or beautiful starlight travelling through time.

Brain Currents
Business capacity may be stimulated. Abnormal states of the body may be corrected, and the involved tissues brought back to tone, in obedience to currents started from the brain.

A.O.S.

To see ourselves with our eyes open, that is the problem, and to explore our ultimate participations now embedded deeply in layer upon layer of extraneousness: nothing is beyond recall.
Figure 1:

Figure 2:

The subconscious energies that pervade the mind-stuff of humanity are known to the Children of Maat as the Forgotten Ones.
There is no Ultimate: everything becomes from what has gone before, because of changing ultimates determined by our valuation of things.

The Life-Force is the greater logic we overlook by our blind ethics.

The proper creation or formulation of a magical universe
Times, Spaces, Dimensions.

The subtle antennae of the Tree (our psycho-sensory apparatus) will indeed fold into a sphere compact of all times and spaces simultaneously. The sphere will diminish to a dot, a bindu, a title which will vanish utterly, and that which remains will be No Thing. But it is the work of each individual so to cultivate those antennae that they respond to the slightest vibration from those ‘other’ times, those ‘other’ spaces, those ‘other’ dimensions that are in very truth Herself.

The projection of it on to the plasmic mirror-substance of the Outer

The successful installation of the Adept as the centre of his universe

The reality we know is interconnected with the unseen by some design of thought we have yet to know.
All thoughts are presupposed from other suppositions that have reality in a differential of Reality: otherwise there would be an irreflexive unalterable zero plus zero.
